EHG recognized a need for an extended stay hotel in the heart of the high-tech corridor in Hillsboro. EHG formed a development company with partner, Jansen Development Corporation, secured financing and completed the project. The hotel opened in July, 2016. It was one of the fastest hotel developments from concept to land acquisition to opening in the Northwest in the last 15 years. The Residence Inn is adjacent to Ronler Acres, Intel’s largest campus. EHG has since sold its ownership and management to Alex Brown Realty.
