The Marina Plaza development includes a 122-room hotel, commercial space and 188 residential units. In the heart of Silicon Valley and just blocks from Apple’s headquarters. EHG was retained by the land owner/lead developer to complete three phases of work: feasibility and market analysis, brand negotiation and city approval and development oversight/management. EHG secured City Council approval for the project and has completed the first two phases of work. EHG is currently providing pre-opening services, working with the owners toward a 2021 opening.
