The Avery is a redevelopment of a Boise landmark into a boutique hotel, fine-dining restaurant, gastropub, and bar, featuring acclaimed chef, Cal Elliott, who is returning to his Boise roots after great success and Michelin-star recognition in New York.

The Avery’s exterior architectural charm, and beautiful interior spaces will feature one-of-a-kind, historic craftsmanship situated to capitalize on industry trends and traveler preferences for unique, boutique properties, exceptional culinary offerings, walkability and deeper adventures into all things local. EHG has provided pre-opening consulting during the design phase, financing is complete, building renovation is underway, and EHG is the management company for the hotel.
