The Westman Hotel
The Westman, a boutique hotel coming to downtown Bend summer of 2025.
This adaptive re-use project reimagines the city’s historic post office as a distinctive destination for anyone seeking an escape from the ordinary. With 23 rooms & suites steeped in stylish comfort with luxe furnishings and ample space for guests to unpack and unwind.
Unencumbered by rules and imbued with the independent spirit of the American West, The Westman helps guests escape routine and embrace adventure. The historic post office’s transformation from a treasured local landmark to an iconic Northwest destination features an intimate cocktail bar, a historic lobby bathed in natural light, a hearth-warmed parlor, and lush outdoor spaces. It’s the perfect jumping off point for easy access to Bend’s extraordinary outdoor adventure and within steps of Bend’s vibrant downtown.
EHG was brought into support the owner’s vision for pre-opening consulting, feasibility, financial modeling, market positioning, and review of design, pre-opening technical services, staff recruitment and training. EHG is the management company for The Westman and will operate once open.
